Two competitors in each bracket will stand on the same log, facing opposite directions and at the call of "GO" will begin rolling the log with their feet in an attempt to make their opponent fall from the log, into the water. In the Quarter and Semi Finals the two competitors will face each other until one of the competitors has fallen two times. The competitor to make their opponent fall twice will win the bracket and advance through the rounds.
