Gross is a solid off-guard with one of the nicest jumpers in the class. She has great length and a high release which translates well to the college level. She has the athleticism to play at a high D-1 school. She is strong with the ball but could improve her strength. She is efficient on offense and could really open her game up by expanding her ball handling and learning to create more shots for herself. Solid defender as well who utilizes her length well, tips quite a few passes.
