** B-100: Levonte Whitfield FL ran 10.43 (-0.9) to top Jamaican Jazeel Murphy 10.47 and Texas 5A/Great Southwest champ Abraham Hall 10.54. Tyreek Hill GA false-starts and defending Marvin Bracy FL did not compete.
** B-MILE: Bernie Montoya AZ outkicked the fantastic field with a US#1 4:01.32, #9 all-time, followed by Jacob Burcham WV 4:02.73 and Josh Lampron MA 4:02.98. Nine runners broke 4:05, but favored Ed Cheserek who ran 4:02 indoors faded from the lead after 880 and finished 12th in 4:07.29.
**W-800: Ajee Wilson ran a US#1 PR 2:02.61 for seventh (#6 all-time) and Amy Weissenbach ran US#3 2:04.03 for eighth in the women's 800 meters against serious international competition. Both defeated 1,500-meter world champion Jenny Simpson, who was ninth. Three women broke two minutes.
** G-MILE: Cami Chapus CA successfully defended her title in the Dream Mile, running a PR US#2 4:39.64 (#8 all-time) to hold off Angel Piccirillo PA (US#3 4:39.94) and surprising Alli Cash KS (US#4 4:39.98). Freshman Alexa Efraimson WA was fourth in 4:42.41 (just .41 off the frosh USR).
**G-100: Shayla Sanders FL sped to the victory in 11.34 seconds (+1.2w) to take the title, beating Aaliyah Brown IL US#4 11.44 and Kali Davis-White FL US#5 11.45. Sanders was just .01 off her US#1.
**B-4x400: Christian Brothers Academy NJ came from third to first on the anchor leg to win the junior boys title in 3:15.73.
