"Dale is the perfect fit for the Green Flag Experience - obviously the fans love to hear from him and he runs really well here," Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell said. "I think it's also fitting to have him up there as we celebrate our 70th anniversary, because he has so much appreciation for not only the history of the sport, but Martinsville Speedway's history as well."

In addition to the emceed question-and-answer sessions, the Green Flag Experience offers fans the opportunity to walk the frontstretch on race morning, sign the start/finish line, a photo opportunity in mock Victory Lane, enjoy music, games and prizes along with doughnuts, Danishes, coffee and juice.
