Bilicki returns to the #51 at New Hampshire

Officials from Rick Ware Racing announced that Richfield, WI native, Josh Bilicki, will compete in this weekend's NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire, driving the #51 Prevagen Chevrolet SS.

Fresh off his NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series debut at Sonoma Raceway nearly three weeks ago, Bilicki has this to say about this weekend. "I'm very excited and thankful to get the call from Rick to race this weekend's NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series race at New Hampshire. While I've never been to the track, I've watched hours of onboard videos and have logged hundreds of laps on iRacing.

The track seems flat, so I think I will be able to relate a lot of techniques I learned in my road course racing days to conquer this one-mile oval. I also feel more comfortable with driving these cars and I'm confident that Rick will guide me through the weekend so we get a respectable result!"

Unlike most of his competitors in NASCAR, Bilicki hales from road course racing. Having experience in IMSA, Trans-Am Series, and NASA Pro Racing, he is making the transition to stock cars and hope to find a career in NASCAR.

Team principal, Rick Ware, said Bilicki's focus and attention to details in his transition to NASCAR has paid off with the chance to race for the team.

"I've been around a lot of road course drivers and you either have it or you don't," Ware said. "He does. I've been fortunate enough to watch Josh compete on occasion and I think he's going to impress people with not only his patience, but his car control and for getting an extra position or two from a performance standpoint."

Bilicki and Rick Ware Racing would like to welcome two new marketing partners to the team for the New Hampshire race weekend, Prevagen and CNC Swiss Inc.

Prevagen, a brain health support supplement, is clinically shown to help with mild memory problems associated with Aging. Prevagen is safe and uniquely supports brain function.

CNC Swiss Inc. is a machining job shop in the western suburbs of Chicago, specializing in Swiss turning of small, tight tolerance metal and machinable plastic parts. Capable of small volumes. Equipped for volumes up to 250,000.
