Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, New Hampshire Motor Speedway

Infraction Date: 9/24/2017 (post-race inspection)
Team: #14-Bowyer
Violation: Sections 10.9.10.4: Tires and WheelsNote: Lug nut(s) not properly installed.
Penalty: Crew chief (Mike Bugarewicz) has been fined $10,000.

NASCAR XFINITY Series Kentucky Speedway

Infraction Date: 9/23/2017(post-race inspection)
Team: #2-Ben Kennedy
Violation: Sections 20.17.3.2.2.2 Post-Race Rear Body Inspection HeightsNote: Race finish is encumbered per Section 12.10 Encumbered Race Finishes. Post-race height measurements were outside NASCAR allowed tolerances.
Penalty: Crew chief (Randall Burnett) has been fined $10,000 and suspended from the next NASCAR XFINITY Series Championship Points Event. Team assessed with the loss of 10 driver points and 10 owner points.

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, New Hampshire Motor Speedway

Infraction Date: 9/23/2017(post-race inspection)
Team: #51-Todd Gilliland
Violation: Section 20.15.2.2 Rear Brake Cooling Assembly I-1 d. I-2c. I-2e. Notes: Race finish is encumbered per Section 12.10 Encumbered Race Finishes. Rear brake cooling assemblies must be sealed from air inlet to exhaust.
Penalty: Crew chief (Kevin Manion) has been fined $5,000 and suspended from the next NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Championship Points Event. Team assessed with the loss of 10 driver points and 10 owner points.
