Mike Wallace talking to Rick Ware about Cup ride: When Mike Wallace developed a heart issue that resulted in triple bypass surgery in April 2015, it left the veteran NASCAR driver with unfinished business in his racing career. Now, nearly four years later and fully healthy, the 59-year-old brother of NASCAR Hall of Famer Rusty Wallace and Kenny Wallace hopes to finish some of that business in the 2019 season with Rick Ware Racing.[More](1-17-2019)

Rick Ware Racing expands program ahead of 2019 NASCAR season: On the heels of their first full season in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS), Thomasville, N.C.-based Rick Ware Racing (RWR) is already full steam ahead to prepare for next season, kicking off with the prestigious Daytona 500 on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019. RWR has acquired a fleet of race cars from Leavine Family Racing (LFR) and Front Row Motorsports (FRM) respectively. Additionally, the team has acquired a second charter for 2019 which will be branded with the team's No. 52 number, expanding the organization to a two-car Cup stable next year. Rick Ware Racing welcomes JACOB Companies: Officials from Rick Ware Racing (RWR) announced today that West Palm Beach, Fla.-based JACOB Companies will support the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) team for the remainder of the season beginning with Sunday's Go Bowling at The Glen at Watkins Glen (N.Y.)
