FRESNO, Calif. -- Roderick Flemings scored 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to help Hawaii complete a regular-season sweep of Fresno State with a 73-69 victory Thursday.

Kareem Nitoto and Brandon Adams added 12 points apiece for the Rainbow Warriors, who improved to 13-12 overall and 5-8 in the Western Athletic Conference.

Following a Fresno State timeout, Paul George fouled Nitoto in the forecourt, and Nitoto hit two free throws with 8.5 seconds left to ice the game.

George, who finished with 16 points, missed a three-pointer just before time expired. Nedeljko Golubovic added 15 points for the Bulldogs.

Flemings finished just 5 of 14 from the field but made up for it by making 12 of 13 free throws.

Hawaii shot 50 percent as a team and outrebounded Fresno State 32-27, including a 12-8 edge on the offensive end.

The Bulldogs stayed in the game thanks to their three-point shooting, finishing 7 of 18 from beyond the arc. Hawaii finished 0 of 5 from three-point range.

Hiram Thompson's pull-up jumper with 3 seconds left pulled Hawaii into a 32-32 halftime tie after the Warriors led most of the first half.

Thirty seconds earlier, Fresno State took its first lead since midway through the first half on a three-pointer by Golubovic.

Golubovic led the Bulldogs with nine points in the first half, all on three-pointers.

Seay got Fresno State off to a rousing start by receiving a half-court pass from Bryce Cartwright and completing the reverse alley-oop dunk for an 8-6 Bulldogs lead.
