Oklahoma St. 91, Tulsa 73

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Byron Eaton scored 26 points and had seven assists in leading Oklahoma State to a 91-73 victory over Tulsa on Thursday night.

James Anderson and Ibrahima Thomas each added 18 points and Obi Muonelo pulled down a game-high 11 rebounds for the Cowboys (3-0).

Oklahoma State led by as many as 28 in building a 54-28 halftime advantage over the Golden Hurricane (1-1), who turned the basketball over 16 times in the first 20 minutes.

A 3-point field goal by Glenn Andrews with 10:35 to play cut Oklahoma State's lead to 13, but Eaton countered with a 3-point play and an assist on a Thomas dunk that quickly pushed the lead back to 18.

Ben Uzoh led Tulsa with 20 points. Andrews finished with 11.
