N.C.-Wilmington 80, Delaware 75

WILMINGTON, N.C. -- Keith Rendleman scored 24 points and grabbed a career-high 18 rebounds to help North Carolina Wilmington beat Delaware 80-75 on Monday in the return to Colonial Athletic Association play for both teams.

Rendleman shot 7 of 12 from the field and knocked down 10 of his 11 free throws. Eight of his rebounds came on the offensive end.

Cedrick Williams, Adam Smith and Tanner Milson scored 10 points apiece for UNC Wilmington. The Seahawks bench outscored Delaware's 24-14.

UNC Wilmington (5-7, 1-1) shot 86.7 percent (26 of 30) from the free throw line, with Williams, Smith, Milson and Nate Anderson all shooting 100 percent from the stripe.

Devon Saddler led Delaware with 22 points and Jamelle Hagins added 21 and nine rebounds.

Delaware (5-7, 1-1) held UNC Wilmington without a field goal over the final 3:08 but the Seahawks hit clutch free throws down the stretch to seal the victory.
