That's it for minicamp practice No. 2. Might be the last practice of the offseason. Coach Matt LaFleur hasn't said yet what he has planned for tomorrow but there's nothing on the media schedule.

Packers' No. 1 offense fares better in 2-minute than yesterday's three and out. Mason Crosby caps it with a 41-yard field goal after a couple of nice catch-and-runs by Jamaal Williams and a 13-yard Aaron Rodgers completion to Jimmy Graham down the seam.

It appeared Mason Crosby and Sam Ficken each missed one field goal in five attempts. Although there were no refs to signal, looked like Ficken was wide right from 39 and Crosby wide left from 45.

Packers primarily rotating three players on punt returns: Trevor Davis, Jaire Alexander and Teo Redding. Special teams coach Shawn Mennenga raved about Davis yesterday: "We faced him before when I was in Cleveland and stuff, so I've known about him. Got a lot of respect for him and excited about him. He's continued to get better through the spring and excited about where he's trending to and where he's projecting to. He's got a lot of big-play ability. Having experience back there returning kickoffs and punts but the other thing I think people forget about is he's also a good cover player. He's a good gunner and he's a good cover player on kickoffs."

An interesting response from Packers defensive coordinator Mike Pettine when asked where he wants to see the biggest improvement from last season?: "One area I don't think we were very good was on first down, especially against play action. That was an offseason study."

Asked new Packers offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett if Aaron Rodgers will look like the same quarterback just playing in a different offense or if he'll look significantly different in coach Matt LaFleur's system? "We're just seeing where we can take him a little farther," Hackett said. "We're trying to make it easier for him."
