Packers RB Jones thinking long term despite deal

Aaron Jones wants to finish his career with Green Bay but doesn't know whether that can happen amid ongoing contract talks. "Whether it's my first year or my last year on a deal, I'm going to be just as motivated," he said.

Packers RB Aaron Jones, who's entering the final year of his contract, said on a Zoom call: "I would love to be a lifelong Packer." He added: "I trust my agents, and I trust the Packers. I trust them to get a deal done. If I can control what I can control, I feel like it will be taken care of."

Packers safety Adrian Amos has been vocal on social media about the death of citizen George Floyd at the hands of a Minneapolis police officer and on a Zoom call he said: “It's a sensitive subject for a lot of people, but I think it's something that needs to be more than just talked about. We need to start coming up with different solutions to avoid situations where, you know, people are losing their lives.”
