LONG BEACH, California (Ticker) -- Alex Vasilevski had a goal and two assists to lead the Long Beach Ice Dogs to their sixth straight win, a 4-1 triumph over the Milwaukee Admirals. Vasilevski, who set up Philippe Boucher for the eventual game-winner midway through the second period, gave Long Beach a 3-1 lead with 8:12 left in the third. Nikolai Khabibulin stopped 24 shots and lowered his league-leading goals-against average to 1.65 for the Ice Dogs, who are unbeaten in five meetings with Milwaukee this season (4-0-1). David Gosselin scored his 20th goal for the Admirals, who fell to 1-6-1 in their last eight games.
