WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (Ticker) -- Frederic Chabot turned aside 20 shots to register the shutout as the Houston Aeros blanked the Utah Grizzlies, 3-0, to tie their playoff series at one game apiece. Chabot, who posted a 4-2 record with a 2.01 GAA in six appearances against Utah in the regular season, stopped 11 shots in the second period. Steve Bancroft opened the scoring with a power-play goal 3:33 into the contest for Houston, which will host Game Three on Saturday. Bobby Reynolds and David Oliver both added tallies for the Aeros. Rick Tabaracci had 21 saves in the loss for the Grizzlies, who won Game One, 2-1, on Tuesday.
