In advance of the All-Star Game selections announcement Saturday, ESPN.com asked six of its contributors -- Jim Bowden, Jerry Crasnick, Tim Kurkjian, Buster Olney, David Schoenfield and Jayson Stark -- to select the players who should comprise the National League's 34-man roster for the 84th Midsummer Classic on July 16 at Citi Field.
Players on the disabled list weren't considered for inclusion on the NL roster. The lone exception is Padres shortstop Everth Cabrera, who is scheduled to come off the DL on Friday.
