Shortstop reportedly caught getting haircut during game

For the Mets, there hasn't been much reason to be happy this season.
But apparently for Rey Sanchez, that's still no reason not to look good.
According to a report in the New York Post, Mets manager Art Howe plans to address a possible incident involving Sanchez, who allegedly got a haircut in the Mets clubhouse during a recent game.
Radio reports talked about the incident, saying Mets reliever Mike Stanton found Sanchez getting his hair trimmed by a clubhouse attendant, not a barber.
"The situation will be assessed and addressed," Howe told The Post through media relations vice president Jay Horwitz.
Stanton, who won three World Series with the Yankees, reportedly told a former colleague he was "flabbergasted" by what he saw.
Stanton later told The Post through Horwitz: "Whatever happened or didn't happen will remain in the clubhouse."
Sanchez can't exactly back up his alleged actions with his play: the shortstop has a lowly .179 batting average, no home runs and 12 strikeouts.
