Cabrera leaves with dizziness

DETROIT -- Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera left Friday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks because of dizziness.

"Miguel got hit where it isn't very comfortable," Leyland said of the hard grounder that went between his first baseman's legs. "That's why he was feeling dizzy, so I decided to take him out."

Cabrera went 0-for-1 with a walk in a pair of plate appearances against former teammate Dontrelle Willis before being replaced by Don Kelly for the top of the fifth inning.

The Tigers said he was day-to-day.
