'Sunday Night Baseball' lineup unveiled

Albert Pujols and the Los Angeles Angels will help get another season of ESPN's "Sunday Night Baseball Presented By Taco Bell" warmed up when they visit the New York Yankees on April 15.

In announcing its lineup of games Wednesday, ESPN will kick off another year of Sunday national telecasts with the two-time defending AL champion Texas Rangers hosting the Chicago White Sox on April 8.

The Rangers (also April 29 and May 13) and Yankees (also April 22 and July 8) will appear on Sunday night telecasts on at least three occasions, and teams scheduled twice to date include Boston, St. Louis, Washington and the Angels.

Game selections for the remainder of the season will be made three weeks (all June; July 1, 22 and 29) or two weeks (August and September) in advance.

ESPN also will show the opening-night telecast on April 4 between the Cardinals and Miami at the new Marlins Park.

Former Red Sox manager Terry Francona will debut in the Sunday night booth alongside play-by-play commentator Dan Shulman and analyst Orel Hershiser. Play-by-play man Jon Sciambi and analyst Chris Singleton again will call the games on ESPN Radio.

Sunday Night games also are available via ESPN Deportes, ESPN3 and ESPN Mobile TV.

ESPN Radio also will broadcast a game of the week each Saturday during the regular season.
