A flyweight fight between Manel Kape and Alex Perez has been pulled from tonight's UFC Fight Night event in San Antonio after Perez experienced medical issues today. Perez looked strained on the scale on Friday as he weighed in for the 125-pound contest.
Steven Peterson (19-11) has retired from MMA following a loss at UFC Fight Night tonight in San Antonio. He finishes with a 3-5 showing in the Octagon.
Sergei Pavlovich is the heavyweight backup to this week's UFC 285 main event, per his manager Ali Abdelaziz. Dana White mentioned last weekend there is a backup in place. Pavlovich will weigh-in on Friday in Vegas, per Abdelaziz.
