UFC Fight Night: Oleinik vs. Overeem -- how to watch, plus full analysis

The UFC is about to make its second visit to Russia, and it will do so with a Russian fighter as a headliner. Heavyweight Aleksei Oleinik, a native of Ukraine who is a naturalized Russian citizen, will face Alistair Overeem in the main event of UFC Fight Night at Yubileyny Sports Palace in Saint Petersburg on Saturday. The fights are on ESPN+, with the main card starting at 1 p.m. ET, prelims at 10 a.m.

The 41-year-old Oleinik (57-11-1) is a grappling specialist, with 45 submission wins. He has won four of his last five fights, all by choke. Overeem (44-17-1), 38, is a former Strikeforce and Dream heavyweight champion and also reigned in K-1 kickboxing.

Also on the card: 16-1 lightweight Islam Makhachev takes on UFC newcomer Arman Tsarukyan (13-1).
