The NBA trade deadline offers an excellent opportunity for teams to buy low on struggling young players in need of a change of scenery. As we've seen time and time again, so much of what a player becomes depends on the situation, and all 30 teams exhaust their resources to figure out which prospects have the untapped potential set to be fulfilled if given different circumstances.

The best NBA talent evaluators never stop scouting. Every once in a while, you'll see a Victor Oladipo situation, in which it takes getting moved to a third team in five years for a high pick to finally blossom.
Here are four strong buy-low candidates as we approach Thursday's deadline.
