Kirilenko out against Wizards

WASHINGTON -- Utah Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko missed Saturday's game against the Washington Wizards with an injury to his left calf.

He had missed Utah's four previous games with the injury and was able to play into the fourth quarter Friday before at Indiana leaving. He said he would get an MRI exam on Sunday.

The 6-foot-9 Kirilenko, who is averaging 11.9 points, says he was concerned about the injury and wants to make sure he's ready for the start of the playoffs next month.

C.J. Miles started in Kirilenko's place.
