ESPN Fantasy Projection: Giannis broke the 30-point barrier for the first time last season, averaging 31.1 PPG with his dominant interior game. After spending the last several seasons trying to prove he had 3-point range, Giannis moved more into the paint last season, taking a career-high 17.6 2-point FGA per game but shooting his fewest 3-pointers (2.7 3PA per game) since the 2017-18 season. Giannis may shoot a bit less this season with Damian Lillard in town, but his efficiency and assists could see a bit of a bump. Giannis should be an MVP and fantasy MVP frontrunner again this season, but keep an eye on his availability. He has dealt with knee issues the last couple of seasons, causing him to miss at least 15 games in both campaigns.
