Stopping just short of alleging an outright anti-Bucks conspiracy, Ray Allen theorized Thursday why his Bucks aren't getting any calls. Allen implied a league marketing and money-making scheme that would prefer to see Allen Iverson and his Sixers face the Los Angeles Lakers in the finals.
