With Tuesday's firing of Butch Carter adding to the list of available coaching jobs, we thought we'd take
a look at who's gotten the ax (or been forced to resign) this offseason.
We'll leave the Warriors and Nuggets off this list because Garry St. Jean decided to stick to his GM
duties in Golden State and let Dave Cowens lead the team next season,
while Dan Issel -- although no move has yet been made -- could name a new coach and follow St. Jean's lead.
