Terrence Jones has agreed to a deal to join the Milwaukee Bucks for the rest of the season, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein and Justin Verrier.
Jones was waived by the New Orleans Pelicans last week in order to find a more favorable situation following the blockbuster trade for DeMarcus Cousins.
A teammate of Pelicans superstar Anthony Davis at Kentucky, Jones signed a one-year deal with New Orleans this offseason for the veteran's minimum after four seasons with the Houston Rockets.
The 25-year-old Jones will make the prorated veteran's minimum with Milwaukee, according to a league source.
He averaged 11.5 points and 5.9 rebounds in 51 games, including 12 starts.
