Phoenix Suns forward Alan Williams has suffered a partially torn meniscus, an initial evaluation reveals, league sources tell ESPN.

Williams is getting a second opinion on Saturday and is also expected to undergo an MRI, sources say.

Williams landed on a foot of teammate Marquese Chriss during a workout on Monday, sources tell ESPN.

Williams, 24, appeared in 47 games for the Suns off the bench last season, averaging 7.4 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.
