The 2021 NBA conference finals featured the Phoenix Suns, who have never won a championship and last played in the Finals in 1993, eliminating the LA Clippers in six games in the Western Conference finals.

In the Eastern Conference, the upstart Atlanta Hawks, who last won a title in 1958 when they called St. Louis home, fell to the Milwaukee Bucks, who are trying to end a 50-year title drought of their own.
