Australian centre Liz Cambage is flying high in her WNBA comeback with the Dallas Wings.
The 26-year-old centre scored a season-high 28 points and 16 rebounds on Tuesday (AEST) against the New York Liberty, although it wasn't good enough, the Wings going down 94-89.
Cambage, a former WNBA No.2 overall draft pick, has returned to the WNBA after several years playing in China and in Australia's WNBL.
She is ranked first in the WNBA for blocks with 3.25 per game, second for rebounding with 11 per game, and is thirteenth for scoring with 16.8 points per game.
The Wings' next game is on Saturday against Aussie basketball legend Lauren Jackson's former team, the Seattle Storm.
