SOME HISTORY
• Record: 27-7-6
• Coach: Dick Umile
• After going into last year's Frozen Four as the team to beat, New Hampshire was quickly brought back to reality when Maine routed the Wildcats 7-2 in the semis. Don't think New Hampshire has forgotten about that game -- it's been the team's motivational factor all season long. The Wildcats have a 10-10-0 lifetime record against Cornell, and the last meeting between the two teams was last season's NCAA tourney opener when UNH won 4-3. The Wildcats are making their 13th NCAA appearance and seventh trip to the Frozen Four.
