DeAngelo is one of those players who can make an immediate impact on every play. Starting this past summer, he was named co-MVP of the ABCD all-star game and then played in the USA Basketball Olympic Festival. He is a very athletic forward who has impressed scouts a various levels with his versatility. He is phenomenal on the offensive boards with his knack for grabbing rebounds and put them right back. He has been rated as the top prospect on the west coast by many prominent analysts including Fox Sports and SoCalHoops. His senior year was also highlighted by an All-Tournament Team selection at the Slam Dunk to the Beach. He is undecided on his plans for next season.
