Outlaw is ranked third nationally among small forward prospects by ESPN.com's Top 100 list. He is a preseason All American due to his stellar junior season when he averaged 18 points, 10 rebounds, eight blocks and six assists for Starkville High School. He earned All-State honors the past three seasons in Mississippi along with All-City and All-District honors. Outlaw is an exceptional leaper and best known for his athleticism. At 6'9, he runs the floor faster than most guards and at the same time is a lethal shot blocker. Outlaw is staying close to home and joining a talented recruiting class at Mississippi State next season.
