The season before Camille joined Carver High School they had won one game. Through Camille's junior season Carver had an overall record of 80-8. Camille has averaged 18.3 points and 9.1 rebounds a season through her junior year. She has helped lead Carver to three Sectional Championships, two Conference Championships, an undefeated season and a state championship. She has earned All-Conference, All-Northwest and All-State honors three times in her career. Camille and McDonald's teammate Ivory Latta played AAU ball for Team Carolina and won four consecutive State Championships. Camille has been consistently ranked as one of the top players in her class and was the 2001 Associated Press Player of the Year in North Carolina. Camille will join Ivory Latta in Chapel Hill next season.
