Kristee Porter's jumper with 3:25 left in the extra period gave UCLA (3-13, 2-3 Pac 10) a 55-53 lead. Greco's basket with 2:34 to play extended the advantage to four points.

A layup by Krista Warren cut the margin to 57-55 and a free throw by Tysell Bozeman with 1:27 left got the Wildcats within one. But Greco was fouled by Aimee Grzyb with five seconds to play and made both free throws to seal the upset.

Porter had 11 points and 16 rebounds and Whitney Jones also scored 11 points for the Bruins, who shot 31 percent (25-of-80) but won for the second time in nine games. UCLA outrebounded the Wildcats, 55-45, and limited them to 36 percent (21-of-58) shooting.

Bozeman, who scored the basket that forced overtime, had 17 points and Warren 11 for Arizona (14-4, 4-2). The Wildcats had won seven straight before on 0-2 trip through Southern California.
