| NEW YORK -- Kevin Morris, the women's basketball coach at
Fordham for seven years, resigned Monday following a 4-24 season.
Morris' overall record was 79-116. His best seasons were his
first two. The Rams were 21-9 and made their first appearance in
the NCAA tournament in 1993-94 and followed that with a 19-10
record in their final season in the Patriot League in 1994-95.
"In the best interest of the women's basketball program, I feel
it is best for me to step down." Morris said.
