CHICAGO -- Sarah Goree scored seven of her team's 14 overtime points as Tulane defeated Texas Christian (No. 23 ESPN/USA Today, No. 25 AP) 80-76 Sunday in the semifinals of the Conference USA Tournament.

The Green Wave (23-9) goes for their fourth straight USA tournament title when they play Cincinnati in Monday's title game. The Bearcats beat Houston 78-74, earlier on Sunday.

Teana McKiver's 23 points topped Tulane while Goree had 19 points. For the Lady Frogs (23-6), Candace Baldwin came off the bench to score a career-high 19 points and Sandora Irvin grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds.

In overtime, an obviously worn-out TCU missed its first three field goal attempts, then turned the ball over twice. The Frogs finished with 10 points in the extra period after regulation ended with score tied at 66-all.

TCU led 33-29 at halftime. The game stayed close in the second half. With the score at 60-60, Kati Safaritova hit a 3-pointer but Goree responded with a 3 with 55 seconds left. McKiver's three-point play gave the Green Wave a 66-63 lead. Then Baldwin hit a 3 with 5.8 seconds left, sending the game into overtime.
