30th Anniversary All-time MNF Team poll

During the 30 years of Monday Night Football, NFL superstars have graced television screens around the world. From Ken Stabler to Brett Favre, Earl Campbell to Barry Sanders, "Mean" Joe Greene to Bruce Smith, the list of outstanding players goes on and on. Now we're giving you a chance to choose the finest who have ever played on Monday night.

Joe Montana holds the MNF single-game passing record with 458 yards.

In celebration of three decades of Monday Night Football, users can select the 30th Anniversary All-time MNF Team. In order to begin, click on the quarterback link and choose the players from the list provided.

The players were nominated based on their overall career performance and frequency of appearance on Monday Night Football. At positions where individual performance was difficult to quantify, team performance was considered. All statistics are current through Nov. 8th, 1999.

The All-time MNF offense will be a two-back, one-tight end set. There are eight nominees for quarterback, but only one will be chosen. At running back, you can vote for two players out of a poll-high 11 choices. Two wide receivers can be chosen from a nine-player list. On the offensive line, pick one tight end and center, and two men at both guard and tackle.

The defense will be a 4-3 alignment. Choose two out of seven choices at defensive end and two out of six nominees at defensive tackle. There are three linebacker slots out of a pool of nine. In the defensive backfield, you can name two each at safety and cornerback.

On special teams, vote in one kicker, punter and return man.

Poll voting starts the week of Nov. 15th and will continue through Saturday, Jan. 8th. The final results for the 30th Anniversary All-time MNF Team will be announced live on-air during ABC's Super Bowl pregame show on Jan. 30 (coverage begins at 2 p.m. ET). "Are you ready for some football?" Cast your vote and let your voice be heard.
