The injury occurred in the first quarter. He has one carry for four yards.

George has scored at least one touchdown in four straight games and five of six games this year. For the season, George has 662 yards on 166 attempts and five touchdowns.

In Philadelphia, Chicago Bears quarterback Cade McNown left the game Sunday against the Eagles after injuring his throwing shoulder in the second quarter.

McNown was driven hard into the turf by Eagles linebacker Mike Caldwell after a 1-yard scramble. McNown walked to the locker room, but was not expected to return to the game.

Jim Miller replaced McNown, who was 6-for-9 for 49 yards.

Also in Baltimore, Ravens defensive tackle Tony Siragusa bruised his spinal cord, though the injury is not believed to be serious.

Siragusa was flattened when hit by the Titans' Lorenzo Neal on a fourth-and-1 play in the first quarter. He lay prone for several minutes before being immobilized and taken from the field on a cart.

Team physicians said Siragusa experienced no neurological damage, and was walking around in the locker room within minutes of leaving the field.

Siragusa was taken to the Shock Trauma Hospital were all test came in negative, but then returned before halftime and entered the game in the final minute of the second quarter.
