NFL Network acquires rights to Senior Bowl

NEW YORK -- The NFL Network has acquired the rights to the Senior Bowl.

The game, played in Mobile, Ala., the week before the Super Bowl, draws 100 top NFL prospects each year. The teams are coached by NFL staffs, and those practices also will be televised on the network in the week leading up to the game.

This is the NFL Network's first college all-star game. It will televise eight late-season games Thursday and Saturday nights for the first time next season.
