The charge was dropped after Marshall completed anger-management
classes, said Kathleen Walsh, a spokeswoman for the Douglas County
Marshall was arrested in March after a woman who identified
herself as his girlfriend said Marshall used his vehicle to block
her taxi as she tried to leave his home south of Denver.

"I think when a complete investigation was done and all the
