WEMBLEY, England -- San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis left the game against the Denver Broncos with an injured ankle.
Davis did not return.
Davis was listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Wembley Stadium with an ankle injury but played most of the first half before being taken out in the second quarter.
Davis' lone catch was a 12-yard reception in the first quarter.
