The Indianapolis Colts could be down at least eight players for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, including wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez, who could be out for several weeks with a PCL injury.
Gonzalez was injured Monday night against Houston on a tackle by Texans safety Bernard Pollard. Earlier this week, head coach Jim Caldwell said that the receiver was "banged up a little bit."
Gonzalez, who had been suffering from a high ankle sprain earlier this season, is in jeopardy of missing the rest of the season.
Gonzalez is joined by running backs Joseph Addai (neck) and Mike Hart (ankle), who haven't practiced all week. Safety Bob Sanders (triceps) and defensive tackle Antonio Johnson (knee) remain out.
Tight end Brody Eldridge (rib), cornerback Jerraud Powers (foot), linebacker Clint Session (elbow) and cornerback Justin Tryon (foot) haven't practice much this week and could be out.
Defensive end Robert Mathis should be able to play despite a knee injury.
