ESPN Fantasy Projection: Foles returns for his second season in Chicago, though this time he's nowhere close to starting duties with Andy Dalton and Justin Fields ahead of him. Though Foles has flashed at times, he's never played more than 13 games in a single regular season and has finished one season better than 29th in fantasy points (2013). Incredibly, Foles has registered exactly two weekly fantasy finishes better than 12th over the past five seasons. That includes a 2020 season in which he failed to post a weekly finish better than 14th in nine appearances while trading starts with Mitch Trubisky. Foles is a non-factor with his legs and will only start if Dalton and Fields are unavailable. Foles is well off the fantasy radar.
