News: 7 hours agoMurray (right shoulder) practiced in full Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest at Cleveland, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Spin: During the Cardinals' Week 5 win against the 49ers, Murray was spotted grabbing at his right shoulder and even was looked at by team trainers, but he logged all 61 offensive snaps and completed at least 70 percent of his passes for a fourth consecutive game. Still, his practice reps were limited both Wednesday and Thursday before he handled all of them to wrap up Week 6 prep. Earlier Friday, coach Kliff Kingsbury told Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com when asked if Murray's shoulder was OK, "Yeah, I think so. I think he'll be ready to go." Now that he's clear of the issue, Murray will be out there Sunday versus the Browns' 11th-ranked pass defense (223.2 yards per game allowed).
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Murray has been as advertised since being drafted by Arizona with the first overall pick back in 2019. The 24-year-old has ranked top 10 in pass attempts and top 3 in rushing attempts among QBs during both of his two NFL seasons. He took a big step forward in 2020, improving his TD total from 24 to 37 while leaping from eighth to third in fantasy points. Murray will continue to see plenty of passing volume in an Arizona scheme that has led the NFL in pace of play each of the past two seasons and his elite rushing ability (133-819-11 in 2020) locks him in as a strong fantasy QB1.
