ESPN Fantasy Projection: Arcega-Whiteside is back for his second NFL season following an underwhelming rookie campaign. Injuries above him on the depth chart should have positioned the 2019 second-round pick for a generous offensive workload, but instead he was held to 21 targets and a 10-169-1 receiving line on 463 snaps. Clearly not pleased with his progress, the Eagles drafted Jalen Reagor, John Hightower and Quez Watkins, while also acquiring Marquise Goodwin during draft weekend. Given that there's already Alshon Jeffery, DeSean Jackson and Greg Ward in the fold and Arcega-Whiteside has a very tough path to a second-year breakout. He should be rostered only in dynasty leagues or those very rare "Eagles-only" formats.
