| Burress returns after suffering hip injury Associated Press NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Pittsburgh receiver Plaxico Burress returned to the Steelers' lineup in the third quarter after leaving Saturday's AFC divisional playoff game against Tennessee with an injured left hip. Linebacker Kendrell Bell left the game after aggravating his sprained left ankle. Burress went up for a pass at the goal line and landed on his left hip late in the second quarter. He rolled over and immediately grabbed at his hip. Burress was able to walk off the field. He was taken to the locker room, but returned to action after halftime. Bell has struggled a left-ankle injury much of the season. He limped off the field in the second quarter. Team officials said his return was questionable. |
