Buffalo Bills RB Jonathan Linton $512,000 $0 He's a big back who's very much like Antowain Smith, but he's younger who might fit in a power offense.

Chicago Bears LB Barry Minter $2.7 million $800,000 Is expected to appear on the waiver wire on Tuesday, June 5. Minter will give his new team a good, experienced middle linebacker.
New Orleans Saints *WR Keith Poole $850,000 $800,000 Poole wanted a trade a year ago. Now he gets his freedom.
San Francisco 49ers WR Jerry Rice $2.5 million $3.593M All-time receiving great wasn't out of work for long. Rice appears to be set to sign with the Raiders after getting released by the 49ers on Monday.

Minnesota Vikings RB Robert Smith $1 million $3.17 million The Vikings announced Smith's release Monday for cap reasons, even though he retired some time ago.
Dallas Cowboys *CB Phillippi Sparks $1 million $930,000 He will sign a one-day contract with the Giants so he can retire as a Giant, unless someone is willing to pay him a ton of money to stay in football.
Arizona Cardinals *DE Andre Wadsworth $5.757M $0 Having felt burned by the experience of Eric Swann's macro-fracture knee surgery, the Cardinals didn't want to waste time waiting for a recovery from a similar injury by Wadsworth, who is questionable this season.
