Shaun Alexander, Seahawks running back
The most obvious snub is Shaun Alexander. It makes no sense to me whatsoever. It is a real shame.
John D. Melton II
Orlando, Fla.
In no way should a player be held out of the Pro Bowl because his coach is a moron. Alexander would have another hundred or so yards if he had not been held out of the Dallas game. At the time, he was the hottest back in the league. Even with being held out for most of that game and the earlier part of the season, he still leads the AFC in touchdowns scored, not to mention he has rushed for close to 1,200 yards. If Tom Brady can get in, after starting later in the year, then surely Alexander should be in, too.

Micheal Barrow, Giants linebacker
I am a huge Jessie Armstead fan, but I just want to know what happened to Micheal Barrow as a Pro Bowler?
Andrew Caramico
Queens, N.Y.
Fred Beasley, 49ers fullback
I can't believe Mike Alstott made another Pro Bowl. At the rate he is going he is heading for a Hall of Fame career despite the fact that he is only slightly better than average. I thought Fred Beasley would overtake him this year, especially considering he has been deserving of the Pro Bowl each of the last two years as well.
Brent Foshee
Bloomington, Ind.
Mike Brown, Bears safety
There seems to be a typo. Mike Brown of the Bears is missing. That's got to be a mistake.
Raven Flores
Naperville, Ill.
Two interception returns in overtime in consecutive weeks for winning touchdowns. Fumble recoveries, frequent bone-splintering hits. He's one of the main reasons the Bears are a playoff team instead of a bottom-feeder.
Troy Hendelman
Chicago, Ill.

| Phil Laska of Bedford, Mass., wants to know when the "injured list will come out," so Troy Brown "can be added." |
Troy Brown, Patriots wide receiver
Nobody deserves to be on that team more than Troy Brown. His play has led his team to a magnificent year. Can Jimmy Smith claim that? I think not.
Jason Danahy
River Edge, N.J.
The Pats wouldn't be close to 10-6 and a possible second seed in the playoffs without him.
Phil Carpenter
South Burlington, Vt.
He got jobbed. If he didn't make some spectacular catches and yards after catches, then Tom Brady goes nowhere.
Mike Hoeg
Boston, Mass.
Being a New England fan, I would just like to see a guy who worked his way up from nowhere to a 100-reception season get the recognition he deserves. Troy Brown is also having another solid year returning punts and is one of the most valuable players for the New England Patriots, on and off the field. I think he is the epitome of what Bill Belicheck wants out of his players: A guy who loves the game and plays his heart out of every week.
James Donahue
Hopkinton, Mass.
Byron Chamberlain, Vikings tight end
How does the AFC get two tight ends and the NFC just Bubba Franks? How many 1-yard TDs did he have? I think Byron Chamberlain deserves to be in Hawaii. He has the numbers.
Ryan Buckingham
Kasson, Minn.
Stephen Davis, Redskins running back
Once he picked it up, the Redskins started winning games. He is the second leading rusher in the NFC. The only reason why he was shafted was because Schottenheimer calls crappy plays in the red zone and doesn't give the ball to Davis after he works his ass off getting the ball down to the goal line.
Brian Carr
Chantilly, Va.
William Henderson, Packers fullback
Alstott may have better stats, but the Packers are in much better hands with Henderson. William is the Dennis Rodman of fullbacks. He does all the dirty work that nobody else wants to do. He is the best fullback blocker in the league; much better than that Prettyboy in Tampa.
Theodore J. Gross
Portland, Ore.
Anthony Henry, Browns cornerback
C'mon, what about Anthony Henry? I know he is a rookie, but he has a nose for the ball. He plays probaly half the game or sometimes a little more, but he still is near the top of the league with your so called "Pro Bowlers" in interceptions. What a rip! He deserved it.
Shane Warner
Columbus, Ohio
Torry Holt, Rams wide receiver
Torry Holt should be on that squad and not Bruce. Holt has more catches, yards and touchdowns. Who are the idiots that excluded him from the squad?
James Kelly
Philadelphia, Pa.
There are more than a handful of wide receivers more deserving of that spot than Isaac Bruce. Namely, the guy who lines up next to him: Torry Holt, who has become St.Louis' best receiver.
Eric Herzstein
Arlington Va.
Joe Horn, Saints wide receiver
Even though the NFC wide receiver selections are solid, leaving out Joe Horn is crazy. Boston, Owens and even Keyshawn had great years, but Horn was far more valuable to the Saints than Isaac Bruce, Mr. big game then "missing in action," was to the Rams. Horn got robbed!
Steve Fried
Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Steve McNair, Titans quarterback
I understand how the voting works, but how can Tom Brady get in over Steve McNair? The numbers have to mean something. Don't give me this "He is on a winning team" crap. It should mean more to be the main focus and put up good numbers on a down team. They are gunning for you every game plan. The QB rating is basically a waste of time. McNair has the second best rating in the AFC. What gives?
Al Box
Nashville, Tenn.
Randy Moss, Vikings wide receiver
Randy Moss without a doubt got snubbed. I know not everyone likes him, but he is an unbelievable talent and he is going to have more than 1,300 yards this year and 10 touchdowns or more and over 80 catches. It's a shame to not have the best receiver in the game at the Pro Bowl. I know I will not watch this year's Pro Bowl without the "Freak."
Evan Bosma
Sibley, Iowa
Where is Randy Moss? He is only the most dominant receiver in the game. The only reason David Boston made it was because Arizona has nothing else.
Steve Kramer
Washington, D.C.
So what if he's a crybaby? He's still the second best receiver in all of football. Look at his numbers.
Dave Brown
Steger, Ill.
While I do not agree with Randy Moss' stupid behavior, he is still the most dangerous receiver in the NFL. Most defensive backs in the league would agree that he is the last guy they would want to take on one-on-one. He cleary should be in the Pro Bowl over Keyshawn Johnson, who scored only one touchdown this year compared to Moss' 10.
Joe Skarie
Fargo, N.D.
Darren Sharper, Packers safety
How about a Packer on defense? Sharper is the top defensive back in the league.
Mark Pollasky
Sydney, Australia
Corey Simon, Eagles defensive tackle
Get Warren Sapp out of there. Lee Flowers is right when he says the Bucs get to the Pro Bowl 'cause they talk. Corey Simon should be in his place.
Jeff Zelinske
Lebanon, Pa.
Mark Tauscher, Packers offensive tackle
His versatility, ability to start and succeed at multiple positions, and intelligent play was well-recognized by Favre and the Packer staff. He can have the satifaction of knowing his blocking got Favre and Ahman Green into the Pro Bowl.
Joshua Maas
Madison, Wis.
Hines Ward, Steelers wide receiver
No Hines Ward? C'mon. The guy was a major component in the Steelers' run to the division title this year. He should have been placed on the team by virtue of his big hits alone.
Kyle Haden
New York
Knock, knock. Who just knocked you on your butt for not picking him? It's Hines Ward, who has been the best all-around wide receiver in the NFL the last two years, and who happened to break the Steelers' single-season catches record this season.
Tim Button
Reading, Pa.
The fact that Hines Ward didn't make the Pro Bowl proves that all the voting reflects is the stat sheet. He's been the most complete wide receiver in the league this year.
Rahul Kapur
Hoboken, N.J.
In addition to some pretty nice stats, Hines may be the best blocking and overall versatile receiver in the league. Just ask Pro Bowler Rod Woodson about his blocking ability.
Christian Simko
Stratham, N.H.
Ted Washington, Bears defensive tackle
Ted Washington without a doubt. The Chicago defense is what won them the divison.
Scott O'Connor
Buffalo, N.Y.
