The Steelers head south to Adelphia Coliseum looking to end their losing ways in this hard-hitting divisional rivalry.

While Pittsburgh has nearly doubled (38-22) the Titans' win total in this storied series (including 3-0 in playoffs), and have taken eight of the last 14 meetings dating back to head coach Bill Cowher's arrival in the Steel City in '92, Tennessee swept this storied AFC Central rivalry a year ago for the first time since 1993.

In Week 9 at Three Rivers Stadium, Titans RB Eddie George ran 34 times for 153 yards and a score, QB Steve McNair threw three touchdown passes and the Tennessee defense picked off Steelers QB Kordell Stewart three times (including a 27-yard interception return for a touchdown by since-departed LB Lonnie Marts) as Jeff Fisher's team built a 41-15 lead enroute to a 41-31 victory.

Two weeks later at Vanderbilt Stadium (Week 11), Titans PK Al Del Greco kicked three field goals, including a 22-yard boot with :03 to play which proved to be the difference, and the Tennessee special teams added a late touchdown when the Steelers fumbled a series of laterals on the ensuing kickoff and TE Michael Roan recovered the ball in the end zone as Jeff Fisher's club completed the sweep, 23-14.

The Steelers have lost three straight and are just 3-6 in their last nine road games in this rivalry dating back to 1990.

Numbers: RB Eddie George has carried 59 times for 232 yards (3.9 avg.) and one touchdown in his last two outings vs. Pittsburgh (1998), this after carrying just 64 times for only 166 yards (2.6 avg.) and one touchdown in his first four games vs. the Steelers (1996-97).
