With his 33.3 PPR fantasy points Thursday night, Davante Adams has scored 108.2 in his past three games. It's the most points by any wide receiver in a three-game span since Odell Beckham Jr. scored 113.6 in Weeks 15-17 of 2014.

DK Metcalf believes that in retrospect, falling to the final pick of the second round in the 2019 draft was a blessing in disguise. "I wasn't supposed to go in the first round for a reason, probably because I wasn't going to work as hard if got drafted in the first round or early in the second round," he said. "But it allowed me to come in here with a chip on my shoulder and just to realize what it felt like to be an underdog in the NFL."
In two games vs. the 49ers last season, the Packers had zero first-half points,153 total yards and three turnovers. Tonight, they have 21 points, 209 total yards and no turnovers. Packers lead the depleted 49ers 21-3.
Aaron Rodgers' 52-yard TD pass to Marquez Valdes-Scantling is only the second TD pass in the NFL this season thrown 50-plus yards in the air (it traveled 60.3 yards). Deshaun Watson had a 52-air yard TD to Will Fuller in Week 6.
Another remarkable Davante Adams stat: He had his 12th fourth-down conversion over the last five seasons, most among all NFL receivers, on that drive. It helped set up the TD pass to Marcedes Lewis on play-action. It was Rodgers' eighth play-action TD pass this season, tied for the most in the NFL.
Packers CB Jaire Alexander is being evaluated for a concussion, the team said.
Raven Greene's first interception is just the third of the season by the Packers. Only the Texans, with one, have fewer. Credit Preston Smith with the QB hit that caused it.

Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde didn't practice again Thursday while Travis Homer was limited. That aligns with Pete Carroll's earlier comments. He said Carson will test his sprained foot on Friday, Hyde is unlikely to return this week and Homer is likely to be available again Sunday at Buffalo. Also no practice again for Benson Mayowa, Shaquill Griffin or Ugo Amadi. Carroll was optimistic on Mayowa playing Sunday at Buffalo but not with Amadi. David Moore (DNP) wasn't on Wednesday's report.
Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer said the Seahawks are using DK Metcalf at different receiver positions more this year after seeing he could handle that late in his rookie season: "He's a tememdously smart football player," Schottenheimer said. "He really is. He picks things up well. He makes adjustments quick on game day. He's to the point now where he's communicating things to the coaches to tell me about the way guys are playing him."

And while Bryan Edwards was a FULL participant in practice Thursday, Josh Jacobs and Johnathan Abram sat out with illness.
Secondary coach Dennard Wilson said they moved Marcus Maye back to free safety "for his betterment long term." He said Maye is "an eraser" at free safety. They started the season with him at strong safety, Jamal Adam's' old spot. Maye had a great opener, but his play leveled off. He went back to free safety three weeks ago. Maye will be a free agent.

Asked Thursday if DE Shelby Harris, currently on COVID-19/reserve due to a close contact with someone who tested positive, could play Sunday if Harris tested negative at least twice, 24 hours apart, before Sunday, Broncos coach Vic Fangio said: “I'm not exactly sure yet. There's a chance that even if he's negative now and forever, he still might not be able to play (this week). We're sifting through all that with the league.”
Jets injury report: Tomorrow is a critical day for Sam Darnold, who is expected to practice. They hope Jamison Crowder can practice, but we'll see. Blake Cashman becomes the second player with TWO hamstring injuries at the same time.
Titans signed longer snapper Matt Orzech from the Dolphins' practice squad. He'll have to clear protocol so he won't be available for the Bears but will be for the Colts on Thurs. Matt Overton will be the long snapper on Sunday.
Aldon Smith was glad the Cowboys had faith in him and did not deal him prior to the trade deadline. A free agent at the end of the season, he's not wondering about 2021. “I'm extremely grateful for the Cowboys giving me a chance. I mean, I appreciate that. I'm not thinking about next season. I really just want to — I want to win. I want to keep getting better every week, and I want to keep getting better every week.” There have not been any extension talks as of yet for Smith.
Cooper Rush said much of the Cowboys offense is the same and believes his background with the skill players helps. “That was one thing I was really happy about, throwing routes on air and things like that, timing type things, the last few days really came back a lot faster than I expected,” he said. “Having thrown to those guys for years before really helped. It comes right back. Knowing the timing of things already in your head, but having actual experience with those receivers helps a lot.”
